Start by adding general information about the property you would like to rent out. Follow it up with pictures a description and then use the software to guide you with what you’ll need legally.
Get Matched With Suitable Tenants
Once your advert has been published, you will start to receive enquiries through the software. You can then carry out your own viewings and benefit from meeting all potential applicants.

It’s vital to make sure that the applicant can afford your property and will look after it.
